TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to Article 132 et seq. of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law, in which, in response to the contract notice, all interested Economic Operators may submit tenders. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the purchase of 8 units of detectors of dangerous liquids, along with delivery, installation, commissioning, performance of warranty service inspections throughout the warranty period, and training of the Ordering Party’s personnel at the following locations: a) District Court in Łódź at pl. Dąbrowskiego 5, b) District Court in Łódź at ul. Narutowicza 64, c) Local Court in Brzeziny at ul. Waryńskiego 34, d) Local Court in Brzeziny at ul. Waryńskiego 32, e) Local Court in Łowicz at ul. Kaliskiej 1/3, f) Local Court in Rawa Mazowiecka at ul. Kościuszki 17, g) Local Court in Rawa Mazowiecka at ul. Zamkowa Wola 31, h) Local Court in Łęczyca at ul. M. Konopnickiej 16.
