TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to Article 132 et seq. of the Act of 11 September 2019 – the Public Procurement Law, in which, in response to the contract notice, all interested Contractors may submit tenders. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the purchase of 8 units of hazardous liquid detectors, including delivery, installation, commissioning, performance of warranty service inspections throughout the warranty period, and training of the Ordering Party’s personnel at the following locations: a) District Court in Łódź at pl. Dąbrowskiego 5, b) District Court in Łódź at ul. Narutowicza 64, c) Regional Court in Brzeziny at ul. Waryńskiego 34, d) Regional Court in Brzeziny at ul. Waryńskiego 32, e) Regional Court in Łowicz at ul. Kaliskiej 1/3, f) Regional Court in Rawa Mazowiecka at ul. Kościuszki 17, g) Regional Court in Rawa Mazowiecka at ul.
