TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 35 sets of measuring equipment (hereinafter referred to as noise monitoring stations) for monitoring of road/communication noise. Each set includes: 1 sound level meter, 1 weather station and 1 system for recording the structure of vehicle traffic flow together with power supply (a permanent power cable connection and a backup accumulator battery), with tripods and ancillary equipment enabling the set to be mounted on the wall of a building or, in the case of mounting at a air quality monitoring station, on a container or a mast. The stations should be capable of year-round measurements and transmission of the necessary measurement data to the GIOŚ server and should have control software, as well as data analysis software in accordance with the methodological requirements (including automatic identification and classification of noise sources, calculation of environmental indicators, and data reporting).
