TENDER DESCRIPTION

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided respectively in annex no. 2 to the ToR / annex no. 1 to the contract - the assortmen-pricing form / ToR following the terms specified in the contract template constituting annex no. 4 to the ToR. The Contractor undertakes within the scope of the contract (among others) to: 1) Deliver, install, and commission the equipment at their own cost and effort 2) Provide the Contracting Authority with detailed operating instructions and maintenance rules for the equipment, warranty cards in Polish, 3) Train the Contracting Authority's personnel in operation and use at the Contracting Authority's premises, in the number indicated by the Contracting Authority after agreeing the date with the Contracting Authority, before signing the final acceptance protocol 4) Perform during the warranty period: warranty service and periodic inspections (in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines in this respect), without charging separate fees for this 5) Other requirements described in detail in annexes to the ToR.
