TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase of a software subscription and provision of maintenance services for SAP Business Objects software licenses, under which the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with: 1) Software subscription; 2) provision of Software Maintenance; 3) provision of Expert/Subject-Matter Support for the Software for up to 1000 Working Hours; - for a period of 36 months from the date of receipt of the certificate referred to in §3(3).
