TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is sets of equipment along with installation and commissioning, the task of which will be to enable automatic detection and location of forest fires, comprising long-range fire-protection cameras installed on lookouts, together with the necessary accessories and equipment of the Fire Alarm and Dispatch Point (PAD) of the Forest District Authority (Nadleśnictwo). The purpose of the system will be to carry out continuous fire monitoring of forest areas. The ppoż cameras installed on lookouts are to cooperate with the supplied software for automatic fire detection, which is intended to increase the effectiveness of monitoring in the given area. The image from the cameras must be transmitted to the PAD via a radio link in an unlicensed band, supplied and installed as part of this contract. The transmission system shall be designed in such a way as to allow, in the future, the change of the transmission medium from radio to fibre-optic, without the need to replace the cameras, software and active network devices, except for end devices used to connect the fibre optic.
