TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is sets of equipment together with installation and commissioning, the task of which will be to enable automatic detection and localization of forest fires, and which include long-range fire-vision cameras mounted on lookouts/discovery points, together with the necessary accessories and equipment of the alarm and dispatch point (PAD) of the State Forests (Nadleśnictwo). The purpose of the system will be to conduct continuous fire monitoring of forest areas. The fire-vision cameras mounted on the lookouts/discovery points are to cooperate with the supplied software for automatic fire detection, which is intended to increase the effectiveness of monitoring in the given area. The camera images must be transmitted to the PAD via a radio link in an unlicensed band, delivered and installed as part of this contract. The transmission system must be designed in a way that will enable, in the future, changing the transmission medium from radio to fiber optic, without the need to replace the cameras, the software and the network active devices, except for the end devices used to connect the fiber optic cable.
