TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this public procurement procedure is the purchase of a robotic surgery system along with equipment, ancillary devices, training, and warranty-service services for the Jan Paweł II Provincial Hospital in Bełchatów, in accordance with the detailed description of the required technical parameters of the medical equipment covered by the contract, which the Contractor is obliged to deliver, install/assemble, and commission, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 2.1 to the ToR - Required technical parameters and Annex 2.2 to the ToR - TECHNICAL PARAMETERS SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENT IN THE BID EVALUATION CRITERION (if applicable). All requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to the ToR are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. The conditions and method of execution of the subject of the contract are specified in the draft contract provisions constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
