TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the purchase of a robotic surgery system including equipment, accompanying devices, training, and warranty-service services for the Jan Paweł II Provincial Hospital in Bełchatów, in accordance with the detailed description of the required technical parameters of the medical equipment covered by the contract, which the Contractor is obliged to deliver, assemble/install, and commission, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ - Required Technical Parameters and Annex 2.2 to the SWZ - TECHNICAL PARAMETERS SUBJECT TO EVALUATION IN THE OFFER EVALUATION CRITERIA (if applicable). All requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is mandatory. Conditions and methods of executing the subject of the contract are specified in the draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
