TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of this public procurement procedure for the award of a public contract is the purchase of a robotic surgery system together with equipment, ancillary devices, trainings and warranty and service services for the Provincial Hospital named after John Paul II in Bełchatów, in accordance with the detailed description of the required technical parameters of the medical equipment covered by the contract, which the Contractor is obliged to deliver, mount/install and start up, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes Annex 2.1 amendment to the SWZ - Required technical parameters and Annex 2.2 to the SWZ - TECHNICAL PARAMETERS SUBJECT TO EVALUATION IN THE OFFER EVALUATION CRITERIA (if applicable). All requirements specified in Annex 2.1 amendment to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfilment is obligatory. The conditions and manner of performing the subject matter of the contract are set out in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex 4 amendment to the SWZ.
