TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of all-season uniform fabric. The contract is divided into the following parts: Part 1 of the contract: 6,900 running meters of all-season uniform fabric in khaki color, including: 5,000 running meters of the above-mentioned fabric under the basic contract and at most 1,900 running meters of the above-mentioned fabric under the optional contract. 2. The item delivered as part of the contract performance must comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority and must be new and must come from current production. 3. The minimum required warranty period for the subject matter of the contract is 24 months from the date it is issued from the warehouse for use, while the period for which the Contracting Authority stores it in the warehouse is at most 5 years. If the subject matter is issued for use after the storage period has elapsed, the warranty referred to above shall not apply. 4. The Contractor shall perform the basic contract within 60 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 16 December 2026.
