TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computed tomography scanner together with adaptation of the premises – a detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.  The offered subject of the contract must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, complete and, after installation/set-up/adjustment, ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose, without the Contracting Authority having to incur any additional financial, organisational or technical outlays. The offered subject of the contract must be permitted for trading and use in healthcare units in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with Polish law and EU law. It must have valid Polish or EU-applicable certificates / certificates of authorisation for use in healthcare entities – if applicable.
