TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, installation, mounting and commissioning of a computed tomography scanner with cardiology software along with adaptation of the infrastructure for the needs of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility of the Voivodeship Integrated Hospital named after Jędrzej Śniadecki in Białystok, and the provision of maintenance/servicing services during the warranty period for the completed task. 2. A detailed description and technical parameters of the subject of the contract and the scope and size of works necessary for the installation and commissioning of the computed tomography scanner have been specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ - the assortment-and-price form. Parameters of the premises and the building, and ventilation measurements, are listed in Annex No 2a to the SWZ – Documents concerning the adaptation of premises.
