TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a tractor under the Population Protection and Civil Defense programme 1. Technical and operational minimum requirements are described in the annex to the SWZ. The Contractor must confirm compliance with the minimum technical and operational parameters by completing the annex to the tender form, which constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. The completed annex containing the offered technical and operational parameters constitutes the content of the tender and is used to specify the subject matter of the contract being offered. This document does not constitute an evidence-based instrument of the subject matter. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide quality assurance (a warranty) for the delivered subject matter of the contract for a period of at least 24 months, counted from the date on which the parties sign the acceptance protocol for the subject matter of the contract without reservations. 4.
