TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of an ultrasound scanner for the Communal Health Centre SP ZOZ in Puchaczów 4.1. The subject of the contract is “Purchase of an ultrasound scanner for the Communal Health Centre SP ZOZ in Puchaczów”. 4.2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) purchase and delivery of 1 unit of an ultrasound scanner, compliant with Annex No 1 to the SWZ; 2) transfer of the contracted item that is brand new (i.e. unused, not refurbished, not displayed/second-hand as a show unit, not a demonstration unit, manufactured no earlier than in 2026), of good quality, complete, free from defects (including physical, aesthetic, structural, and legal defects), compliant with applicable provisions of law in this respect; it must have a CE declaration of conformity / a CE certificate, an entry in the register of medical devices and entities responsible for introducing them into circulation and use within the territory of the Republic of Poland, guaranteeing the safety of patients and medical personnel. 3) The Contractor declares that the offered device is a medical device within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and meets all requirements…
