Purchase of equipment for repairing county roads 1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task: “Purchase of equipment for repairing county roads”. The contract includes the delivery of brand-new, factory-made: a road reclaimer and a tank for cationic asphalt emulsion. 2) CPV code: 34921000-9 – Road maintenance equipment, 34920000-2 – Road equipment, 44611000-6 – Tanks, 44611400-0 – Tankers for storage. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 4) The draft contractual provisions are provided in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
