Zakup urządzeń i oprogramowania w ramach modernizacji systemu emisyjnego TVP1, TVP2 wraz z rozbudową systemu multiemisyjnego

• Etap IV: To be completed within 20 days from the date of acceptance of Etap III without reservations. This stage involves services.

• Hardware and software requirements for the Platform: Specific hardware and software requirements to operate on the Platform are available at https://przetargi.tvp.pl/.
• Electronic document formats: The Contracting Authority recommends preparing correspondence in .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx formats.
• Electronic submission and signature: Offers and other documents must be submitted in electronic form and sealed with a qualified electronic signature.
• Encrypted files: The "Wykaz Urządzeń" (List of Devices) and any requests for clarification of the OPZ must be submitted as encrypted files. The password for these files needs to be sent via SMS to a specified phone number.
• Polish language for documentation: Documents or statements prepared in a foreign language must be submitted with a translation into Polish.
• Unified technological environment: The order emphasizes a single technological environment based on video servers and disk arrays for the supplied devices and software.
• Compatibility tests: Conducting compatibility tests is a condition for reporting readiness for acceptance of Stage I.
