TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Under Part I, the Contracting Authority requires extension of support for the teleinformatics infrastructure listed in the table contained in Part III of the SWZ – OPZ. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject matter of the contract and the method of performance of the contract has been provided in the SWZ. 2. Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ contains the serial numbers of Fortinet devices. 3. Under Part I of the procedure, the contract performance deadline (delivery deadline) and the contract term shall be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. The delivery deadline constitutes an offer evaluation criterion and may be shortened — the final/binding deadline will be the one resulting from the declaration included in the Contractor’s Offer. 4. Under Part I, the Contractor is not required to provide a security for proper performance of the contract.
