TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Under Lot I, the Contracting Authority requires extension of support for the ICT infrastructure listed in the table provided in Part III of the SWZ – OPZ. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject matter of the contract and the method of performance of the contract has been included in the SWZ. 2. In Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ there are serial numbers of Fortinet devices. 3. Under Lot I, the contract performance period (delivery period) and the contract term shall be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of signature of the contract. The delivery deadline constitutes a criterion for evaluating tenders and may be shortened—the final/binding one shall be the deadline resulting from the declaration included in the Contractor’s Tender. 4. Under Lot I, the Contractor is not required to provide security for the proper performance of the contract. Detailed information regarding security for the proper performance of the contract for the respective parts of the procedure has been included in Part II of the SWZ – Special Conditions, Section C, Clause 2. 1.
