TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Under Part I, the Contracting Authority requires that support be extended for the IT infrastructure listed in the table placed in Part III of the SWZ – OPZ. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of performance of the contract is provided in the SWZ. 2. In Annex No. 1 to the OPZ, the serial numbers of Fortinet devices are provided. 3. With respect to Part I of the procedure, the term for performance of the contract (delivery date) and the period during which the contract is binding shall be at most 14 calendar days from the date the contract is signed. The delivery date constitutes an evaluation criterion for tenders and may be shortened — the final/binding date will be the date resulting from the declaration contained in the Contractor’s Tender. 4. Under Part I, the Contractor is not required to provide security for proper performance of the contract.
