TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the “Purchase of subscription services and post-warranty service for Palo Alto devices”. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 72260000-5, 72220000-3, 72100000-6. 3. The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. 4. The description of the subject matter of the contract includes Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (Specification). 5. The method for performing the contract is set out in the draft Contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Specification. 6. Place of performance: NFZ Headquarters, ul. Rakowiecka 26/30, 02-528 Warszawa. 7. The term for performing the contract is 18 months from the date the subscription is granted, as indicated in the certificate acceptance protocol, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Within 7 days from the date the Contract is concluded, the Contractor shall ensure the Software Subscription and provide the Contracting Authority with a certificate enabling it to verify it with the manufacturer.
