Purchase of a service for processing aggregated mobility data from cellular phone data regarding domestic and international travel of residents of Poland as well as foreign users visiting Poland Purchase of a service for processing aggregated mobility data from cellular phone data regarding domestic and international travel of residents of Poland as well as foreign users visiting PolandThe subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service for preparing and delivering aggregated mobility data developed on the basis of mobile network operator (MNO) data for the period April–December 2026. The data will include, in particular, domestic travel of residents of Poland, international travel of residents of Poland, and arrivals of foreigners to Poland (broken down by travel direction), the number of trips, the number of unique users, the length of stay, and a breakdown into day trips and multi-day trips.
