TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of the rights to use the Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit service or an equivalent service, including: 1.1. purchase of the rights to use the Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit service or an equivalent service for a period of 48 months from the date the service is activated, in the number of 3 500 000 Universal Credits units or equivalent units (basic order); 1.2. purchase of an increase (hereinafter referred to as the “Option”) in the number of Universal Credits or equivalent units delivered under the service specified in point 1, by up to 3 500 000 units. 1.3. purchase of producing services for expert consultations Oracle Solution Support Center Advantage, including migration services and Cloud Priority Support services or equivalent services for the service specified in point 1) and 2), for a period of 48 months from the date the service is activated, provided in 24/7 mode (basic order).
