TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase, by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”), of an office cleaning service for the years 2027-2029 – located in buildings in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 33 and ul. Poleczki 35 – which consists of: 1.1. cleaning of office rooms and rooms of other use (communication corridors, entrances, sanitary rooms, kitchens - hereinafter referred to as: “rooms”) with a total area not exceeding 18 112.8 m2 located in buildings in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 33 – the Vienna Office building with a total area of office rooms not exceeding 14 327.39 m2 and ul. Poleczki 35 – the Amsterdam Office building with a total area of office rooms not exceeding 1 913.30 m2 and rooms of other use (archives, warehouses, technical rooms, etc.) with a total area not exceeding 1 872.11 m2. 1.2. providing service for no more than 20 conference rooms (hereinafter referred to as: “salami”), located in the buildings in Warsaw at ul.
