TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the procurement by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) of office cleaning services for the years 2027-2029 - located in buildings in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 33 and ul. Poleczki 35, which include: 1.1. cleaning of office premises and premises of other use (communication routes, entrances, sanitary facilities, kitchens - hereinafter: “premises”) with a total area of no more than 18,112.8 m2 located in buildings in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 33 - Vienna Office building with a total area of office premises of no more than 14,327.39 m2 and ul. Poleczki 35 - Amsterdam Office building with a total area of office premises of no more than 1,913.30 m2, as well as premises of other use (archives, warehouses, technical premises, etc.) with a total area of no more than 1,872.11 m2. 1.2. servicing of no more than 20 conference rooms (hereinafter: “salami”), located in buildings in Warsaw at ul.
