TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of technical support service for Commwault software. 1. The subject of the contract is the extension of the technical support service and maintenance for Commvault software held by the Contracting Authority, used under perpetual (Perpetual) licences. 2. Technical support must be provided at the Commvault Authorized Support Partner – Basic (CASP-B) level or equivalent, ensuring a scope of services no less than that specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). 3. The contract concerns the continuation of the Commvault CASP-B technical support currently held by the Contracting Authority, the term of which expires on 24.11.2026. 4. The service must include technical support and maintenance of the right to update the Commvault software held, throughout the term of the contract. 5. The technical support must be provided by the manufacturer of Commvault software or by an authorized partner entitled to provide technical support for this software. 6.
