TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a used bus for transporting children to schools within the Municipality of Blizanów The subject of the contract is the purchase of one (1) unit of a used bus for the purpose of transporting students to schools within the Municipality of Blizanów, meeting the technical and operational parameters described in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – entitled Detailed description of the subject of the contract. Other requirements are set out in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Basic requirements regarding the vehicle: 1) The vehicle must have a current technical inspection recorded in the registration certificate. A vehicle registered outside the borders of Poland must have a complete set of documents together with translations provided for by the provisions of law, entitling the purchase and registration of a car in Poland. 2) The Contractor must be the owner of the vehicle, free of rights and claims of third parties, and capable of transferring its ownership to the Contracting Authority at the moment the contract is concluded.
