TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a used medium firefighting and rescue vehicle for OSP Bieniec The subject of the contract is the purchase of a used medium firefighting and rescue vehicle for OSP Bieniec. In addition, the contract also includes installation of the equipment delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract with a full fuel tank and, if other fluids are used during operation, also with full tanks of those fluids. The vehicle must be complete from the point of view of the purpose it is intended to serve (equipped with all devices and elements included in the OPZ) and prepared for registration and commissioning for use by the Contracting Authority. The vehicle must have all necessary approvals, certificates and declarations, and must meet all requirements arising from the relevant regulations and the established quality standards. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended).
