TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the Purchase of natural gas fuel and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement for the needs of organisational units of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. 1. The procedure is conducted in the Polish language, in electronic form, via the Procurement Platform. 2. Communication between the Contracting Authority and Contractors, including any statements, requests, notices and information, shall be transmitted via the Procurement Platform using the form “Send a message to the Contracting Authority”. If the contractor is already logged in to the platformazakupowa.pl system, the message-sending form “Send a message to the Contracting Authority” is unlocked and does not require additional verification. If the contractor is not logged in before starting to fill in the form “Send a message to the Contracting Authority”, the contractor is required to unlock the form by confirming its identity. The unlocking of the form is possible by providing a one-time authorisation code (without the need to create an account) or by logging in to the platformazakupowa.pl system (recommended). 3.
