Purchase of a vacuum tanker truck for the removal of liquid waste The subject of the contract is the supply of a used vacuum tanker vehicle intended for the collection of liquid waste from watertight tanks and sludge from on-site domestic wastewater treatment plants originating from the area of the City and Gmina Goniądz.2. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are provided in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (SOPZ), constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ.3. Within the scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall undertake to: - sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority a vehicle intended for the collection of liquid waste from watertight tanks and sludge from on-site domestic wastewater treatment plants with parameters and equipment described in Annex No 7 to the SWZ; - train the designated employees (min. 2 persons) in the theoretical and practical operation of the vehicle.4. All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory.
