Purchase together with delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor with a front loader installed The subject of the contract is "Purchase together with delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor with a front loader installed for the needs of the Gmina Marklowice". A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. As part of performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver a brand-new tractor with a front loader to the Contracting Authority at the address of the Municipal Utility Management Unit at ul. Astrów 4A, 44-321 Marklowice, at its own cost and risk; 2) bear all costs related to transport, unloading and insuring the subject of the contract to the place of delivery; 3) hand over to the Contracting Authority complete technical documentation, operating instructions in Polish, a warranty book and documents necessary for vehicle registration, if required; 4) conduct training for persons indicated by the Contracting Authority regarding operation and basic use of the tractor; 5) grant a warranty for the entire subject of the contract, covering the tractor together with all its subcomponents and equipment, for a period…
