TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase together with delivery of a childbirth simulator for the Air Ambulance Emergency Service 1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery to the Contracting Authority’s registered office of a brand-new, unused childbirth simulator free from physical and legal defects, intended for realistic training of procedures involving the conduct of physiological childbirth as well as managing situations involving complicated births, enabling learning and improvement of midwifery techniques in conditions corresponding to real clinical scenarios. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract). The conditions for performance of the subject of the contract are set out in the Draft Contract Provisions constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
