TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is “Purchase along with delivery and unloading of medicines for the substitution treatment program for the Hospital Pharmacy of Spec. Psych. Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Łódź.” in accordance with the detailed OPZ [description of the subject matter of the contract], constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ [specification of the terms of the contract]. 2. The subject of the contract delivered by the Contractor will be factory-new, ready for use, free from physical and legal defects, originally packed, of the highest quality, and will have at least a 12-month shelf life counted from the date of delivery, while the indication of the expiry date must be legible. In the case of a product/preparation for which the expiry date granted by the manufacturer is 12 months or less, delivery of goods whose shelf life will be 2/3 of the shelf life granted by the manufacturer is permitted. 3.
