TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase including delivery and carrying in of office materials and articles for units of the Silesian Police garrison. The Contracting Authority does not agree to change the delivered assortment to other than that indicated in appendix no. 3 to the ToR (price form), except that the Contracting Authority agrees to change the delivered assortment to other than that indicated in the price form according to appendix no. 3 to the ToR in cases where the Contractor demonstrates that the offered assortment has been withdrawn from sale or discontinued, and is not available on the Polish market (confirmed by the manufacturer or the commercial representative on the Polish market). The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of offering and delivering a different assortment provided that its requirements remain met (which the Contracting Authority has the right to verify) before giving consent, and the price is not higher than the one offered in the price form, and the Contractor must obtain the Contracting Authority's consent to change the offered assortment.
