TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase together with delivery of 250 pcs of aviation coveralls for members of the crews of the Air Ambulance Emergency Service (Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, and in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), which constitutes Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 1.
