TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the Purchase along with delivery of reagents for the Department of Oncology Pathology of the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Centre in Kielce. The subject of the contract is not divided into parts: The contract has not been divided into parts because it covers a homogeneous range of products used within the same diagnostic process, belonging to one product group and commonly offered by specialized suppliers. Awarding the contract to one contractor will ensure efficient organization of deliveries, reduce logistics and administrative costs related to performance and settlement of multiple contracts, and also guarantee continuity of laboratory supply. Not dividing the contract into parts does not violate the principles of fair competition and equal treatment of contractors, nor does it lead to restricting access to the contract for the SME sector, as the subject of the contract is standard assortment available from many contractors operating on the market.
