TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. This procedure is conducted in an open tender mode pursuant to the Act of 11.09.2019, the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) and these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. In matters not regulated by these SWZ, the provisions of the Pzp and implementing acts to the Pzp shall apply. 3. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the notice of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Article 3(2) of the Pzp. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the so-called reversed procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then will carry out the contractor’s qualification with respect to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 5. The Contractor shall not submit the JEDZ together with the tender, unless the Contracting Authority has provided for a request for this statement only from the contractor whose tender was evaluated as the highest.
