TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase along with delivery of road salt for winter maintenance of district roads within the territory of Mława County The basic order includes delivery of up to 1,500 Mg of road salt, while the Contracting Authority guarantees the purchase of a minimum of 1,425 Mg. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority provides an option right, additionally covering up to 75 Mg of road salt (5% of the quantity of 1,500 Mg). The total maximum quantity is 1,575 Mg.
