TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, installation and delivery of electronic equipment - monitors as part of the project titled: “Laboratories of the construction of the future – construction of school workshops at the Complex of Construction and Architectural Schools in Tarnowskie Góry”. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract must: 1) be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before delivery, not have been used for exhibition purposes and come from a legal source, 2) be complete, fit for use and approved for trading and use, 3) have all certificates or equivalent documents required by law and require no additional purchases or investment outlays in order to function according to its intended purpose, 4) be free from any defects, including in particular material and structural defects, 5) be ready for use without any additional purchases and investment, 4.
