TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of equipment mainly from the group of physical play activities The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment for sensory-motor classes for the Municipal Nursery Complex in Lublin, i.e. Nursery No. 6 in Lublin located at 12 Herberta Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the cost estimate constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract supplied by the Contractor must be new, unused. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one selected or a larger number of the parts listed in these specifications, the number of parts being 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting incomplete (partial) tenders within a given part. A Contractor submitting a tender for the performance of more than one part should provide in the tender the conditions for performing each part (task) separately. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of parts for which the Contractor may submit a tender.
