TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment for sensory-motor classes for the Municipal Nursery Group in Lublin, i.e. Nursery No. 7 in Lublin located at 10 Braci Wieniawskich Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the cost estimate constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The items delivered by the Contractor must be new and unused. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one chosen or for a greater number of the parts listed in these terms of reference, the number of parts being 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting incomplete (partial) tenders within a given part. A Contractor submitting a tender for performance of more than one part should state in the tender the conditions for performance of each part (task) separately. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of parts for which the Contractor may submit a tender. The Contracting Authority agrees to the Contractor submitting a tender for all parts or some of them, at the Contractor’s discretion.
