TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the Purchase of equipment for the workshop for practical vocational training. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 3 to the SWZ, which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ. If, in the description of the subject matter of the contract, including in Annex No 3 to the SWZ, trade marks, patents, origin, source or a particular process are indicated that characterise products or services supplied by a specific Contractor, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions. A Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. The conditions for performing the contract are also included in the draft contract (Annex No 4 to the SWZ), which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ.
