Purchase of a road sweeper with a washing and wet cleaning function The subject of the contract is the purchase of a new road sweeper with a washing and wet cleaning function. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: • purchase, transport (at the Contractor’s cost and risk) and unloading at the user’s premises, i.e. the Municipality of Jastrzębia, a road sweeper with a washing and wet cleaning function, • the sweeper must be factory-new and intended for servicing outdoor areas, • the sweeper must have all documents necessary to complete formalities related to its admission to traffic on public roads in the Republic of Poland, • no later than on the day of delivery of the sweeper, the following documents listed below must be provided:  instruction manual for safe operation of the vehicle, prepared in the Polish language,  a spare parts catalogue in image-and-number format as a book catalogue or in electronic form on a digital medium or on the supplier’s portal,  a warranty certificate compliant with the submitted tender and the concluded agreement,  PM 10 certificate,  PM 2.5 certificate,  service book,  schedule of necessary periodic inspections,  approval…
