TENDER DESCRIPTION
“Purchase of an endoscope set together with equipment.” The subject of the contract is the purchase of an endoscope set together with equipment for SPZOZ in Łasin for the Endoscopy Department, including delivery together with commissioning and training of the employees of the Contracting Authority under the contract: - Video processor – 1 unit, - Video gastroscope – 1 unit - Video colonoscope – 1 unit, - Endoscopic medical monitor – 1 unit - CO2 insufflator – 1 unit - Endoscope washer for one endoscope – 1 unit. A detailed description of the requirements for the individual elements which the offered subject of the contract must meet is contained in the “Description of the subject of the contract – conditions and parameters required” – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which at the same time constitutes an appendix to the tender form, as a result of this procedure.
