TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchases as part of logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply 4.1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase and delivery of a brand-new tractor within the project titled “Purchases as part of logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply” in the area: Area 2 Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply. 4.2. The detailed description of the technical parameters and equipment referred to in point 4.1 shall be specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 4.3. The vehicle constituting the subject of the contract must: a) have authorisation to operate in Poland; b) be equipped with all installations and devices required by the provisions of law on road traffic and the regulation on the technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment; c) the equipment must have documents enabling registration and driving on public roads; d) be brand-new, complete, unused, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects; 4.4.
