TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Purchases as part of logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies” 4.1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase and delivery of a brand-new tractor as part of the task “Purchases as part of logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies” in the scope of: Area 2 Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies. 4.2. The detailed description of the technical parameters and equipment referred to in clause 4.1 is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the contract. 4.3. The vehicle forming the subject of the contract must: a) be approved for operation in Poland; b) be equipped with all installations and devices required by the regulations on road traffic and the regulation on the technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment; c) the equipment must have documents enabling it to be registered and to travel on public roads; d) the equipment must be brand-new, complete, unused, free from design, material, manufacturing and workmanship defects. 4.4.
