TENDER DESCRIPTION

Accommodation for project participants together with their supervisors 1. The subject of the contract is accommodation services for project participants together with their supervisors as part of the project “Expansion of the availability of robotically supported diagnostics of functional capabilities and rehabilitation of children and young adults with cerebral palsy in children and other paralysis syndromes in the area of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship – edition II”.2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract).3. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority has not divided the contract into parts due to the nature of the subject of the contract, which concerns one type of service—accommodation in a hotel, at a specified time.4. The maximum distance from the seat of the Contracting Authority to the accommodation location may not exceed 6 kilometres.
