The subject of the contract is: 1) Part A: execution of construction works consisting in shifting the existing quay building lines: Remontowe, Czołowe, Zachodnie, with a total length of approx. 168 m into Basin II waters to a maximum of approx. 180 m and reclaiming a portion of Basin II with an area of approx. 3 ha, along with the reconstruction of the necessary underground and above-ground infrastructure, as part of the project “Reclamation of Basin II, Stage I (Remontowe Quay) in Gdynia” on the area of the cadastral lots no.: 2960, 3059/4, 3059/5, 3069, 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073, 3074, 3075, 3076, 3077, 3078, cadastral district 0026, land registry unit: 226201_1 Gdynia, within the maritime port limits, together with obtaining a decision on permission to use (if it will be required), in accordance with the provisions of decision No. 151/2025/JS of 22 December 2025 (WI-II.7840.1.73.2025.JS) issued by the Voivode of Pomerania, approving the site development design and the architectural-and-engineering design and granting a building permit, or in the event of obtaining a decision amending the building permit, in accordance with the provisions of that decision; 2) Part B: preparation,…
