TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the performance of all necessary construction, installation and commissioning works for the erection of a new 80 m high aerial mast at the Nanos location. The contract includes the construction of foundations and anchorages, the supply, fabrication and installation of the mast’s steel structure with a guy-rope anchoring system, the execution of earthing, and signal and light marking. The scope of the contract also includes the supply, installation and measurements of the mast’s technical equipment, which comprises transmitting aerial systems for FM, DAB and DVB-T. The works will be carried out at a demanding location; therefore, the contractor must take into account the specific site and weather conditions and ensure appropriate site organisation and the safe execution of all phases of the works. After successful switchover of broadcasting to the new mast, the subject of the contract also includes the removal of the existing aerial masts and the arrangement/clearing of the area.
