The subject of the contract is social services for providing services for preparing and delivering all-day meals for patients of the Long-Term Care Facility (Zakład Opiekuńczo-Leczniczy) in Gniezno.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ.3.
